Bayern Munich are the leaders in Bundesliga with 49 points, while Wolfsburg seem to have ensured their second place for a long time with 41 points won. The fight is heated for the third place on the podium, four teams being only two points apart. Even at the relegation line anything can happen considering that the last ranked, Stuttgart and the seventh ranked, Hoffenheim are only eight points apart. In the following lines we present a tip for each match of the 21st stage in the German Bundesliga.

Germany Bundesliga - Bet365

Germany Bundesliga – Bet365

Our tip suggestions

Dortmund – Mainz >>> Under 2.5 goals Dortmund

Dortmund avoided the last place after defeating Freiburg. Now Klopp’s team has the chance to leave the relegation place, only if they manage to win their second consecutive match. They have the advantage of their own pitch and normally they should win without any problems. But after what we have seen this season, it is pretty risky to bet on Dortmund with odds of only 1.35. We bet on the other hand that the hosts don’t score more than two goals, especially when their opponents have a pretty good defense, 26 goals received in 20 stages. It only happened twice this season for Mainz to receive three or more goals. In the first leg Mainz won with the score of 2-0.

Odds: 1.62
Stake: 8/10

Bayern Münich – Hamburg >>> SV Bayern Münich win without receiving a goal

Bayern managed last stage to defeat Stuttgart with 2-0 and to finally obtain their first victory this stage. Now comes a match on their own pitch against Hamburg and we bet on their victory without receiving a goal. In the first place, Guardiola’s team showed in the first leg a strong defense, receiving only four goals in 17 stages. It is true that they received five more in the last two matches of this second leg, but we can expect anytime for them to recover their shape showed in the first part of the season. Plus, the Bavarians are unbeatable on their own pitch, the tie against Schalke, two stages ago broke a series of 13 consecutive victories throughout the entire competitions. Out of these 11 were without receiving any goals.

Odds: 1.57
Stake: 9/10

Leverkusen – Wolfsburg >>> Both teams score

This stage will take place an interesting match between Leverkusen and Wolfsburg. The guests are currently sat on the second place in the ranking, at eight points behind the leaders, Bayern and seven behind the next ranked, Schalke. Leverkusen are currently sat on the sixth place and they need to work harder in order to reach at the end of the season a place that will allow them to play in Champions League. It is hard to choose a favorite for this match, but we believe there will be goals scored on both sides. Roger Schmidt’s team has the advantage of their own pitch and they should have a better performance, considering that they are a top team in the German soccer, while their opponents are in an excellent shape and score many goals. Likewise, Dieter Hecking’s team is the only one from the championship that gets close to Bayern when it comes to the offensive force.

Odds: 1.54
Stake: 9/10

Borussia Moenchengladbach – FC Köln >>> Under 2.5 goals

These are two teams that don’t score much, considering that we are talking about the German championship. The hosts managed in this second leg three scores of 1-0, two victories and a defeat, reaching 22 results with under 2.5 goals and an average of 2.20 goals per match. FC Köln also have 12 matches with maximum two goals scored out of which half were nil nil draws. Among these we add the last two matches from the championship. So, the visitors have an average of only 2.10 goals per match and they managed to get over the first three stages of the second leg without receiving a goal. Under these conditions, we bet on the tip of under 2.5 goals and this won’t surprise you if the first leg match ended without a goal being scored.

Odds: 1.73
Stake: 8/10

Werder Bremen – Augsburg >>> Over 1.5 goals Werder Bremen

Werder Bremen come from four consecutive victories, scored twice in each match. We want to mention two important victories had in this series, 2-1 against Dortmund and 2-1 against Leverkusen. Likewise, the team coached by the Ukrainian Viktor Skripnik was efficient on the offense line throughout the entire season. Although they are currently sat only on the eighth place in the ranking, they are the fourth in a top of scored goals. On the other hand, Augsburg are sat on the fourth place in the ranking, but they gave the weakest defense from the first six ranked. Our opinion is that the host have the force to score at least two goals and the odds offered are pretty attractive.

Odds: 2.20
Stake: 7/10

Hoffenheim – Stuttgart >>> Tie

Stuttgart are sat on the penultimate place after being defeated last stage by the leaders, Bayern with the score of 0-2. So, Maxim’s team had a weak start, wining a single point in three stages. The good news for the guests is that Hoffenheim haven’t had a good start to the season also, being the only team from Bundesliga who lost all the three matches played in 2015. Markus Gisdol’s team has worrying stats of two goals scored and eight received. Thus it is hard to choose a favorite and it is hard to imagine that one of the two teams might win all the three points at stake. We will try for this match a tie, but we recommend this tip to be played with smaller stakes.

Odds: 3.75
Stake: 6/10

Frankfurt – Schalke >>> Both teams score

The match on Commerzbank-Arena should be one with many goals scored and we believe the host will seriously contribute to this fact, Although they are sat on the ninth place in the ranking, they are on the third place when it comes to the number of goals scored. On the other hand, they have the weakest defense from Bundesliga. Due to this aspect, Frankfurt are the leaders in a top of goal averages per match (3.95). Likewise, in their last seven matches in the championship both teams scored. In the first leg, the two teams tied with the score of 2-2.

Odds: 1.50
Stake: 9/10

Hertha Berlin – Freiburg >>> Hertha Berlin (0)

This is an interesting duel from the bottom of the ranking between Hertha and Freiburg. There are only three points between the two teams, the hosts leading and Freiburg can tie their opponents in case of a success. We don’t believe that they have the strength to win. The team coached by Christian Streich have the fewest points obtained as visitors in Bundesliga (1/4/5). It is true that neither Hertha Berlin (0) fully took advantage of their own pitch, but they still had four victories in front of their own fans and now they face a weak opponent. The tip chosen by us is Hertha Berlin (0) which means the hosts need to win and in case of a tie you receive your money back.

Odds: 1.50
Stake: 9/10

Hannover – Paderborn >>> Tie

Paderborn managed last stage to win a point on the pitch of FC Köln after a nil nil draw, but now they reached their fourth consecutive match without a goal scored. They had a good start to the season, but their game started to weaken and now they seem an easy target. On the other  hand, Hannover are not looking to good themselves. They also won a single points in this second leg and they remain with a single victory in the last nine championship matches (1/3/5). These two seem teams that are not able to defeat nobody at this point and we wouldn’t be surprised if the match ends undecided.

Odds: 3.60
Stake: 6/10
